30 May - Canada: Orr's Fine Meats and Deli is recalling Smoked Fish because they may permit the growth of Clostridium botulinum.
Smoked White Fish and Smoked Lake Trout were sold from Orr's Fine Meats and Deli in Parry Sound, Ontario but there have been no reported illnesses.
The recall was triggered by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency's (CFIA) inspection activities and an investigation is ongoing which may lead to the recall of other products.
