Rieke Packaging Systems wins ‘A’ BRC rating

Rieke Packaging Systems has been given an ‘A’ grade rating for its Hangzhou, China, factory by the British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Standard for Packaging and Packaging Materials.

We are delighted at the achievement of our Hangzhou operation​,” said Mark Box, VP operations – dispensing, Rieke Packaging Systems, based in the UK.

It underlines the capabilities of our Chinese operations and gives confidence to our customers​.”

The BRC audit, carried out by independent international audit company SGS, assessed Rieke for the moulding and assembly of dispensing systems (pumps and closures) for food packages, personal care, perfumes, cosmetics and household cleaners.

BRC Global Standards guarantee the standardisation of quality, safety and operational criteria to ensure manufacturers fulfil their legal obligations and provide protection for the end consumer.
