Lindt & Sprüngli has recalled its 6.4oz Chocolate Covered Raisin Bags and 6.4oz Chocolate Covered Almond Bags due to undeclared hazelnut concerns.

One product lot (56 bags) are affected and were sold in nine Lindt Chocolate Shops in the US between January 23 and March 16.

Chocolate Covered Raisin 6.4oz standup bag with a lot code L2975 and a best before date of 4-30-2015 and Chocolate Covered Almond 6.4oz standup bag with a lot code of L2975 and best before date of 4-30-2015 have been recalled.

Lindt said it learnt that some bags (56 or less) were mistakenly labeled and may contain hazelnuts but the firm said no allergic reactions have been reported.

It added consumers who believe they purchased one of the bags should return it to a Lindt Chocolate Shop for a full refund.
