This year’s Global Food Safety Conference (GFSC) will bring together over 1,000 leading food safety specialists from over 50 countries who all share the same goal: to make a change in the world and advance food safety globally. The 15th annual conference is organised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and will focus on the continuous efforts to improve food safety along the supply chain. The conference provides an important platform for producers and retailers to exchange ideas among people that are passionate about advancing food safety. The conference begins with a “Discovery Tour” including a half day of visits to companies and producers, who are known for their excellent quality standards.
