E. coli testing — let automation take the strain
Industrial food testing is important for safeguarding consumers against foodborne diseases. The presence of harmful E. coli in food products continues to be a major concern. Recent regulations require testing for stx1/stx2, eae, and O157 virulence factors. The presence of these virulence factors also means testing for adulterant O serotypes. This webinar will discuss an all-in-one workflow for DNA-based screening of E. coli virulence factors, salmonella, and listeria; and how the presence of E. coli O157:H7 or non-O157 serotypes can be determined using the same equipment and workflow.
