FoodQualityNews.com: 2012 so far.......

It's been an interesting year already, and we're only three months in.

So far this year, we've seen the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) block imports of orange juice products over carbendazim contamination fears, the US meat industry crumble under consumer concerns about the use of 'pink slime', efforts to prevent food crime in both Europe and China and a constant stream of innovations to ensure the safety of food.

2012 is set to make for an interesting year, and there is still nine more months to go......
